Metaphysical reality is unlimited, but there’s only a narrow band of psychological groanings that are worthwhile.
A comparison; visible light is only a small portion of what’s perceptible by our senses. Interfacing directly with the other wavelengths (AM/FM, X-Ray, Radar, etc) does not help us see better than ROYGBIV and is harmful to our cells.
Similarly, we can think about a lot of things, but most of them are harmful, and only a few are really worthwhile. Some metaphysical time & life wasters include: porn, drugs, fornication, drunkenness, violence, dopamine chasing, cheap entertainment, and video games. There are others.
In conclusion, “whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirable—if anything is excellent or praiseworthy—think about such things.” (Phil 4:8)
